Delhi Police’s Special Cell arrested two interstate gunrunners on Thursday. The two accused hail form Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. They were arrested from near the crematorium gorund on Ghazipur Road, New Delhi. They were travelling in an SUV and when the Special Cell searched the vehicle, two cans of palm oil.

When the cops examined the cans carefully they found that underneath the thick layer of oil were 26 pistols of .32 bore. Apart from the pistols, the cops recovered magazines wrapped with polyethylene tied tight with strings.

Upon investigation, it was revealed that the two accused used these sophisticated illegal firearms which were usually supplied by arms traffickers of Uttar Pradesh.
